Below you will find the wording of the information clause and of the consents we collect in PaidFor.io forms. Marketing consents and other consent-based permissions are voluntary, and withholding them does not block use of the core features of the Service.
1GDPR information clause (short form)
The controller of your data is MKT360, ul. Świeradowska 47, 02-662 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID 7981453169, email: kontakt@paidfor.io. We process data in order to provide the Service, handle registration and the Waitlist and — with your consent — also for marketing purposes and verification of engagement. The legal bases, retention periods and the full scope of your rights are described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of data, the right to object and to withdraw consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Providing data is voluntary but necessary in order to use the relevant features.
2Consent — User registration
"I declare that I have read the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and I accept their content. I acknowledge that the fee depends on completing a disclosed task — never on a positive opinion, a meeting or a purchase."
3Consent — Company enquiry
"I declare that I am authorised to represent the company being submitted and that I have read the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and I accept their content. I acknowledge that PaidFor.io bills solely for the attention given and the completion of a disclosed task, and not for a positive opinion or a sale."
4Marketing consent (voluntary)
"I consent to receiving commercial and marketing information from MKT360 (PaidFor.io) regarding the Service at the email address provided, in accordance with Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law of 12 July 2024. I may withdraw this consent at any time."
5Camera during a Session (no recording)
During some Sessions the webcam serves solely to confirm presence and identity in real time. The camera image is not recorded, captured or stored, is not passed to the Company and is not subject to biometric analysis. Before you accept an invitation we tell you whether the Session uses a camera; refusing consent to its use may make participation in that Session impossible.

6Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw any consent at any time — by writing to kontakt@paidfor.io, by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email, or by changing your settings in the Service. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
