You see none of that budget — only another interrupted appointment. And yet it is your clinical knowledge that decides whether a solution makes any sense at all.
Part of that budget goes straight to you. You review the material whenever you want, in 30 minutes, you say honestly what you think — and you are paid for your time.
We pay for time and a considered assessment — never for prescribing a drug, for a recommendation or for a purchase. "I don't see a place for this in my practice" is worth exactly as much as an enthusiastic review.

Payment depends solely on reviewing the material and giving your feedback. It is not linked to prescribing, to a recommendation or to a purchase — and it cannot be. The sponsor will not contact you without your consent.
You learn who the sponsor is once your licence to practise has been verified. Your participation and your feedback stay confidential — they are never published or used in marketing materials.
Your fee does not depend on whether you prescribe a drug, recommend a device or buy anything. Such a condition would be unacceptable — and we never apply it.
No rep will turn up at your practice on the basis of this consultation. Contact happens only if you tick the box yourself.
We verify the licence to practise and the specialty. That is what gives the feedback real substance — and keeps the rates fair.

Indicative ranges — the exact rate and terms are stated in the invitation before you accept it. This is payment for your time and considered feedback, never for prescribing. In the form you set your own expected rate. Fees are settled in line with the applicable rules and transparency requirements.
How it works
Your data stays yours. You learn the sponsor after verification, and we ask about any further contact — we never assume consent.
You create a doctor profile (2 minutes): specialty, place of practice, PWZ licence number.
We check your licence to practise and the fit. Then we reveal the sponsor and the topic, with the rate stated upfront.
30 minutes of material: clinical data, indications, comprehension checks. In your own time, not between patients.
You give considered, honest feedback. Once participation is verified, the money goes to you.

Doctors with a current licence to practise — from residents through heads of department to medical directors and KOLs. We also invite pharmacists and healthcare facility management when a sponsor needs them.
The profile takes about 2 minutes. The consultation itself is 30 minutes of material you go through whenever suits you — in the evening, between shifts, anywhere. Not live, no appointment to schedule.
The invitation sets out the completion requirements and the payment date before you accept it. We pay after participation is verified, on the basis of a contract — with the documentation needed for settlement and transparency disclosure.
Not without your consent. The sponsor receives your feedback together with your specialty, but contact details and any contact after the consultation are a separate, voluntary decision you make at the end.

Sponsors order a specific number of opinions within a given specialty, so invitations go to verified profiles. Create a profile and give your specialty — when a matching consultation comes up, we will send an invitation with the rate.
